Since 2006, I have led nine history study tours to Britain and Europe, the pattern of the annual three-week programme only being interrupted by the swarm of Christchurch Earthquakes of 2010-12. We have explored Northumbria, the Welsh Borders, Devon and Cornwall, East Anglia, Eastern Scotland, the Northern and Western Isles of Scotland, Normandy and Brittany, Ireland, and Spain.
Upcoming study tours are to Wessex (southern England) in 2017, and Norway and Denmark in 2018. These tours are full and tentatively fully subscribed, respectively, with waiting lists. Consequently, I am considering a second study tour in 2018, possibly within the British Isles.
Suggestions for destinations, and expressions of interest are very welcome. The estimated cost is based on recent tours and is ground only, with transport in a 16-seater bus and accommodation in three to four-star hotels.
